How to start your day with a good mood? In addition to the universal advice “eat breakfast”, there are several important rituals for well-being which will make you healthier in general.

Do Stretching

Actually, you can do stretching in bed. Or do some exercises after you get out of bed. Exercise or stretching until you finally wake up and “wake up” all your muscles. Thanks to this simple point, your body will quickly become ready for the working day and you will feel noticeably better.

Drink Water with Lemon

Just imagine: for 6-8 hours of sleep, your body did not get a drop of water. It is urgently necessary to fix it: dehydration, even mild, causes fatigue. And this is not what is needed in the morning. As soon as you open your eyes, take a glass of water with lemon and drink it.

Healthy breakfast means much more for our health than we think. We feel weakness and lack of energy without having breakfast. By the way, for those who want to lose weight, it’s not recommended to skip breakfast. Skipping the first meal, you will only gain pounds: the body begins to store fat cells instead of storing energy. The best option is to combine complex carbohydrates and proteins: it can be oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and green tea.
